Nicolien
Nicolien is our executive coach and career transition specialist with nearly two decades of experience supporting leaders through growth and change.
She has supported leaders navigating complexity, career transitions, and reinvention — both within organisations and into new professional chapters.
We love her creative, direct, and practical way, and has coached over 500 leaders globally, from emerging managers to C-suite and board level. Her work spans industries, cultures, career stages, and includes experience supporting neurodivergent leaders, helping clients build clarity, confidence, and momentum when it matters most.
Ivan
Coach
Ivan is an executive performance coach with a background in advising high-net-worth individuals and senior leaders.
He built his coaching clients on building and safeguarding wealth, before transitioning into leadership and learning and development as a Founding Partner of the global Maxwell Leadership team.
Ivan works with individuals and teams to strengthen executive performance, particularly in hybrid and complex work environments. His focus is on helping people work more effectively, use their time well, and create space for growth, development, and wellbeing.
